Fusion Verjus - Blanc

Verjus is an ancient ingredient made from the juice of unripe grapes. Variations abound from new world styles that use slightly riper grapes for a softer and lightly sweet flavor to the old world approach with full on tartness that makes you pucker instantly when you taste it. This Fusion verjus is a balanced option with a more traditional bent, but not too intense. We love using this to put a spring in the step of pan sauces, sparkling water, salad dressings and in place of citrus juice in your favorite summer cocktail.
